WHAT IS BAD KITTEN CREATIONS?

It is under this name that I put out my artwork, which can be split into three main types.

1.The vintage style pinup art designs featured on this site

2. Hand made cloth art dolls.
These dolls are one of a kind hand made cloth dolls. Made using traditional methods and a few of my own, they are the same basic patterns as the puppets in my films. They also often reflect my pinup art.

And 3. stop motion animation. Stop motion animation is a very time consuming and expensive art form, there is little opportunity to make any money doing it, and so it is I suppose unsurprising that it is also a dying art form.

So the pinup art has come to the rescue and I am able to turn my passion for pinups into financing for my films.

This is one of my animated films "Jack and Jill, a wicked tale". It is the first in a series of films exploring the human condition, and depicts in a very literal way the loss of innocence.

The nursery rhyme is not depicted literally, but is in part inspired by the widely held view that the words of the rhyme symbolize the loss of virginity and the possible regrets that follow. You may also notice some reference to the garden of Eden.

Custom pinup works are available on request. I am happy to discuss personal commissions for pinup portraits - You or a loved one as a vintage pinup girl, Standard price $65.00 (optional printing extra). Tattoo designs - modifications can be made to most of my pinup designs for tattoos, or I can design a custom piece for you. Tattoo pricing ranges from $30 to $65.00 depending on the design.
However if you want to use one of my pinups for your tattoo as-is then please feel free BUT if you do please send me a picture of the finished work for my pinup tattoo gallery (tattoo artist must be credited so please include details)

All of these personal commission pieces are dealt with via Etsy.com. I will create a listing for your piece with your name on it on Etsy.
For other requests like comercial use contact me and I will consider on an individual basis. However I do not sign exclusive licence with anyone so don't ask, and I am not currently intereseted in merchandise deals.
